Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of experience running software development projects within complex and complex stakeholder landscapes
- 3 years of demonstrated experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for a software development team
- Expert Facilitation: Proven ability to run high-impact meetings, manage conflict, and drive consensus among diverse team members and stakeholders
- Agile Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with modern Agile and ALM tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills suitable for technical and executive audiences
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage complex tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environmentAgile Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with modern Agile and ALM tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical concepts, development processes, and the complexities of software release management
- Professional Scrum Master Certification: CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, and/or CSPO desired
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) desired
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as mortgage finance desired
