Role Overview:
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and fiduciaries on estate and wealth transfer planning strategies
- Design and implement advanced estate planning techniques, including gift tax planning, charitable giving strategies, and irrevocable trusts
- Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
- Counsel trustees and executors on trust and estate administration matters
- Guide fiduciaries through their duties, responsibilities, and administration procedures
- Assist clients with complex estate, tax, and wealth preservation objectives
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active Georgia Bar license required
- 5–7 years of trusts and estates experience
- Strong knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently while collaborating with a team
- Client-focused mindset with exceptional professionalism and discretion
