Role Overview:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and fiduciaries on estate and wealth transfer planning strategies
• Design and implement advanced estate planning techniques, including gift tax planning, charitable giving strategies, and irrevocable trusts
• Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
• Counsel trustees and executors on trust and estate administration matters
• Guide fiduciaries through their duties, responsibilities, and administration procedures
• Assist clients with complex estate, tax, and wealth preservation objectives

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active Georgia Bar license required
• 5–7 years of trusts and estates experience
• Strong knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
• Ability to manage complex matters independently while collaborating with a team
• Client-focused mindset with exceptional professionalism and discretion
