Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Mid-Sized Law Firm - Louisville, KY
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 Base Bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate motor vehicle accident cases from filing through resolution
- Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, and demand packages
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefs
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Work with expert witnesses, including coordinating conferences and assisting with expert reports and affidavits
Qualifications:
- 5 years of litigation experience as an attorney
- At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Active Kentucky Bar license and good standing required
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume litigation caseload (50 cases)
