Our client is seeking a High-Net-Worth Tax Manager to join their growing team. This role will focus on reviewing and signing tax returns for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families across the country.

This role will focus on reviewing and signing tax returns for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families across the country.
Responsibilities
- Review and sign tax returns for HNW and UHNW individuals and families.
Qualifications
- Ideally 5-7 years of tax experience in public accounting.
- Strong experience with 1040 and 1041 tax returns is required.
- Experience with pass-through entities, partnerships, S-Corps, trusts, and other business entities is a plus.
- Prior experience reviewing tax returns required for manager-level candidates.
- Sign-off authority is preferred for Tax Manager candidates.

Pay range and compensation package
- Tax Senior / Tax Supervisor: Open to candidates with approximately 5 years of experience. Compensation range: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary.
- Tax Manager: Candidates with review and sign-off experience. Compensation range: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary.

Location & Schedule
Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office. Open to candidates located near either the Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH office.
