Tax Manager (HNW) w/ Financial Services (RIA) Firm - St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Our client is a well-established (four decades) Nationally Recognized Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisor Firm who are performing a select search for a talented Tax Manger (HNW expert) to join their team on a Flex-Hybrid Schedule (see hours below) at their St Louis, MO headquarters. The firm provides comprehensive, holistic financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals, families, business owners, non-profit and institutional clients.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $135,000 - $175,000
- Bonus: Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) Bonus Program paid on an annual schedule.

Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling and hybrid work supported by advanced technologies
- Normal Season: 40 hours per week
- Busy Season: 50-60 hours per week
Qualifications:
- CPA or J.D Required
- 5 years of experience including frequent client interaction and management experience
- Good Tenure coming from a reputable CPA Firm, RIA Firm, or Family Office
