About the Role
The Transaction Advisory Services (Senior) will play a key role in supporting the team’s efforts in due diligence for private equity groups and companies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence for middle market private equity groups and companies.
- Support the Transaction Advisory Services Team in various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in related field.
- Good Tenure coming from a reputable CPA Firm or Specialty Consulting Office.
- CPA Licensed or Eligible is a PLUS!
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation.
- Familiarity with private equity transactions.
Pay range and compensation package
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
- Bonus: Up to 10% of Base Salary
- Path toward TAS Upper Management
