Qualifications:

• 8 years’ experience as an Attorney in Commercial/Business/Real Estate Litigation
• Real Estate experience preferred
• Title Insurance would be a cherry on top
• Must have 1st- and 2nd-chair trial experience
• Able to pick up a new case and work it from start to finish without being micromanaged. Someone who is confident in their ability to independently handle cases in state and federal court.
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Strong writing skills
• Strong academic credentials
