Qualifications:
- 8 years’ experience as an Attorney in Commercial/Business/Real Estate Litigation
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Title Insurance would be a cherry on top
- Must have 1st- and 2nd-chair trial experience
- Able to pick up a new case and work it from start to finish without being micromanaged. Someone who is confident in their ability to independently handle cases in state and federal court.
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Strong writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
