Senior Events Specialist – Northern California (Hybrid)
About the Role: A global law firm is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to lead premium client experiences and signature programs across Northern California. This role offers autonomy and visibility, working closely with senior stakeholders and a collaborative marketing team.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tues–Thurs)
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end planning for high-profile client events and internal initiatives
- Develop event strategies that align with business goals and brand standards
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver flawless execution
- Partner with lawyers and marketing colleagues across multiple offices
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of event management experience in professional services or similar
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area venues, caterers, and vendors
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and event platforms a plus
