Core capabilities include advising on the purchase, sale, development, financing, and leasing of a wide range of property types.

Attorneys bring extensive experience handling residential, retail, and commercial matters throughout the Tri-State/Metropolitan area and nationwide. The firm also maintains a robust corporate practice focused on drafting and negotiating agreements, forming and structuring business entities, and managing mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate Attorney based in Melville, New York. Responsibilities include conducting legal research; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents; and advising clients on real estate transactions, corporate matters, and financing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in real estate law, including drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and agreements related to acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
• Experience with corporate law matters, including preparation of organizational documents, shareholder and operating agreements, and participation in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, lenders, and investors.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the New York State Bar.
• Prior experience in a legal practice focused on real estate and corporate matters is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
