Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and develop litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Maintain strong client communication and manage case files effectively.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
