About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Catastrophic Personal Injury Paralegal to support our litigation team in Philadelphia. This hybrid position offers flexibility with the expectation of being in-office about once per week. You’ll play a critical role in managing complex, high-value personal injury cases and supporting trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Organize and manage case files, medical records, and evidence
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts
- Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with deadlines
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in catastrophic personal injury
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania civil procedure and local court rules
- Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
- Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
