M&A Associate
Location: Remote (Preference for Denver, CO)
Compensation: Up to $145,000 base performance-based bonus benefits
We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a dynamic and growing advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions alongside seasoned professionals, including VPs and Managing Directors, while contributing to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deal teams through all phases of M&A transactions, including Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis.
- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers.
- Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch decks, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), teasers, and management presentations.
- Manage Virtual Data Rooms and assist with project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in M&A or transaction advisory.
- CPA preferred; MBA a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a bonus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-demand environment (50–80 hours/week during peak deal periods).
