Legal Assistant (Personal Injury) Opportunity – Detroit, MI


Our client is a highly established Personal Injury and Med Mal Law Firm who have been around for five decades that are seeking a driven Legal Assistant with Personal Injury Law experience to join their team in Detroit, MI on Onsite then move to a Hybrid Schedule once up to speed.


Responsibilities include case management, document preparation, client communication, research, investigation and assisting attorneys in trial preparation.


Compensation & Structure

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
  • Flexible Hybrid Schedule after 6 months.
  • Healthcare, Vision, Dental Plans plus HSA plans
  • 401K Plans
  • PTO: 15 Days of PTO with all the Federal Holidays Off.


Qualifications:

  • Personal Injury experience required.
  • Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in a similar setting
  • Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
