Role Overview:
- Handle complex personal injury cases from evaluation through resolution
- Evaluate claims and determine case viability
- Manage cases through the full litigation lifecycle
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
- Manage a caseload and supervise support staff as needed
- Client focused with strong advocacy skills
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Active Alabama bar license in good standing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Passion for client advocacy and delivering results
