Role Overview:
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. provisional, utility, and international patent applications
- Draft patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions
- Develop and manage strategic patent portfolios
- Advise clients on intellectual property protection strategies
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on complex patent matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. and USPTO registration required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
- 4–6 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience
- Active New Jersey Bar license required
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
