Senior CRM Manager | NYC | Up to $190K
A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead the optimization and adoption of its CRM platform (DealCloud) across business development, marketing, and practice groups. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, data strategy, and client development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for CRM operations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Partner with BD, Marketing, and IT teams to align CRM functionality with firm priorities.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and responsive support.
- Oversee data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Manage reporting tools and dashboards to deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Lead CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, new functionality, and cross-platform integrations.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in CRM management, marketing technology, or data systems (professional services preferred).
- Hands-on experience with DealCloud or similar platforms (Salesforce, InterAction, etc.).
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and API integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption.
Compensation: Up to $200,000 annually with flex for experience
