This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at the center of strategy, operations, and financial performance. Business Manager role acts as a strategic partner to the Americas COO, helping lead and scale both litigation and transactional practices.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans
- Drive financial performance, reporting, and profitability insights
- Lead practice management initiatives and improve operational efficiency
- Track and implement firmwide strategic priorities across teams
- Support growth initiatives, including lateral hiring and U.S. expansion
- Act as a key connector across partners, finance, HR, and operations
Hybrid: 3 days in office & the firm is known for a genuinely strong work-life balance, even at senior levels
Ideal Background
- Senior experience in law firm
- Strong blend of strategy, operations, and financial acumen
- Experience supporting or advising senior stakeholders (COO, partners, execs)

Salary : $240,000 - $340,000
