Business Development Manager – U.S. Real Estate & Global Infrastructure (GLOBAL law firm)

Global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its U.S. Real Estate practice and Global Infrastructure initiative in a newly created, highly strategic role (50/50 split between Real Estate and Infrastructure).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both client strategy and hands-on BD execution in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth for the U.S. Real Estate practice while supporting a cross-practice Infrastructure initiative
- Partner with attorneys and leadership to identify opportunities and deepen client relationships
- Lead go-to-market efforts, including events, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives
- Develop tailored pitches, RFP responses, and marketing materials
- Track market activity and deliver actionable client and deal intelligence
- Support cross-selling and priority client initiatives across practices and geographies
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance BD processes, reporting, and infrastructure-sector positioning
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
