Position Overview:

The firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in negotiation, client communication, and case strategy. The attorney will work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the case.
• Review medical records, police reports, and other documentation to build strong cases.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
• Collaborate with case managers, investigators, and support staff.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in pre-litigation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to client service and ethical practice.
