Position Overview

The firm is actively seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a proven track record of multiple 1st Chair trials. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of high-value cases from inception through verdict.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as 1st Chair in personal injury trials, managing all aspects of litigation.
• Develop case strategy, conduct depositions, and prepare witnesses for trial.
• Draft and argue motions, including pre-trial and post-trial motions.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active TN bar license.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with multiple 1st Chair trial victories preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois civil procedure and personal injury law.
• Exceptional oral advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
