Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role involves managing personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a passion for advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair in jury trials.
- Collaborate with investigators, experts, and support staff.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Alabama.
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
