Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney Opportunity - Boutique Law Firm - Goodlettsville, TN - ONSITE


Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 bonus


Benefits:

  • Paid Holidays

  • 401k and matching – employee puts in 6%, employer matches 3%
  • Regular bonuses for staff

Requirements

  • MUST be licensed in Tennessee
  • 5 years of experience as an attorney in commercial real estate transactions
  • Will be doing drafting, leasing, and purchasing agreements, 1031s, vendor writing, etc.
  • Come in with little training required
