Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense Litigation) - San Antonio, TX - HYBRID
Our client is a highly respected Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm who are performing a select search for an Associate Attorney with a Litigation Background in either Insurance Defense and/or Personal Injury to join their team at their headquarters in San Antonio, TX on a Hybrid Schedule.
This is an ideal position for an associate who is looking to join a tight-knit group of likeminded attorneys who offer Work-Life-Balance and room for Career Growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
- Bonuses/Promotions/Raises: Awarded at the End of the Year
- Healthcare: 50% medical; employees pay optional dental and vision
- 401K: Participate after one year employment, firm matches 3% contribution at 100%; if employee goes to 4 or 5%, firm matches 50%
- PTO: 10 PTO days plus standard holidays
- Hybrid Schedule: (T/W/TH - in office and M/F - work from home)
Qualifications
- 2-5 Years Experience
- Licensed in Texas
- Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Litigation Experience
