Our client, a respected and well-established Delaware law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team in Dover, Milford, or Rehoboth Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1 years of real estate experience, but the firm is also open to training motivated candidates with a strong interest in real estate law.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, deeds, and closing documents
- Conduct and oversee real estate closings
- Provide legal guidance on title issues, property rights, and land use matters
- Collaborate closely with internal staff, lenders, agents, and clients
- Maintain a strong client-service approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Delaware Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
- 1 years of real estate experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Interest in building a long-term career in real estate law
- Willingness to work fully onsite in Dover, Milford, or Rehoboth Beach
