Salary Range

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Lead to serve as the primary owner of our property management technology platform. This role will be responsible for application administration, system optimization, module implementations, integrations, user support, reporting, and ongoing platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Yardi Voyager, strong technical and analytical skills, and a proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and system performance. This is a hybrid position at their Douglaston, NY office.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Yardi platform and related property management applications
• Manage system configuration, security, user access, and governance standards
• Lead implementation of new modules and system enhancements from planning through deployment
• Gather business requirements and coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities
• Manage integrations between Yardi and third-party applications
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and drive long-term solutions
• Serve as an escalation point for complex system and data-related issues
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions
• Utilize SQL to investigate data discrepancies and support reporting needs
• Partner with business, accounting, operations, and technology teams to improve processes and user adoption
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and audit-ready controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5 years of hands-on Yardi Voyager administration experience
• Experience supporting property management, real estate, or related business operations
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis
• Experience leading software implementations, upgrades, or module deployments
• Experience managing system integrations and vendor relationships
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi AI solutions and advanced platform capabilities
• Knowledge of leasing, property accounting, and financial operations
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-portfolio environments
• Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools
• Project management experience or certification
