Shifts Available:
- Full-time or part-time, 8-hour shifts
- Full-time or part-time, 12-hour shifts
- Shift differentials are available for 3p-11p and 11p-7a
- Baylor program opportunities: Work part-time hours and receive full-time pay
- Option 1 - Two 16-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday. The remaining 8 hours are paid as a bonus 7A-11P 3P-7A
What is your role?
- Works under direct supervision using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and practices sound nursing judgment.
- Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
- Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care
- Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response
- Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
