Scheduling Options
Full-Time
- Consistent full-time evening schedule
Part-Time
- Work two set days each week
- Every other weekend required
PRN
- Work at least one shift per month
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Obtain and record vital signs.
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
