Responsibilities
- Assist with general repairs and maintenance tasks including drywall, carpentry, stucco, and painting to ensure properties are in excellent condition
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas, fetching tools, and organizing materials for projects
- Help with residential painting projects, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and painted to high standards
- Operate basic tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working on-site
Skills
- Basic knowledge with the ability to understand application of different coatings, proper install of drywall, stucco, carpentry
- Experience or familiarity with power tools, paint brush, and preparation
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members in English
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures including residential painting and general repairs
- Supervising experience or leadership qualities are beneficial for supporting team coordination
- Competence in following direction and arriving on time
