Position Summary
The Marketing Operations and Campaign Coordinator is a key member of the Square 9 Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for managing the systems, processes, and execution that power marketing campaigns and lead management. This position is designed for a recent graduate or early career professional.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working across platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. This individual serves as a critical liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring seamless campaign execution, lead routing, reporting visibility, and database integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign & Email Execution: Build, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns, nurture sequences, and webinar promotions while managing the marketing email calendar to ensure consistent and strategic communication.
- HubSpot & Salesforce Administration: Oversee campaign builds, workflows, lead scoring, and system alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and seamless sales handoff.
- Lead Routing & Sales Support: Manage inbound lead qualification and routing, maintain lead assignment rules, and support Sales with timely follow-up processes and sequence management.
- Data Management & ZoomInfo Integration: Perform ongoing data hygiene, segmentation, and ZoomInfo list pulls to maintain a clean database and support targeted outbound initiatives.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign, funnel, and lead performance, providing actionable insights to improve MQL volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Event & Webinar Operations: Coordinate trade show and webinar logistics, including shipping, manage promotional campaigns, and oversee lead capture and post-event follow-up workflows to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in marketing or business-related focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot would be beneficial
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building marketing campaigns in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Understanding of lead lifecycle management
- Ability to interpret performance data and recommend optimizations
- Familiarity with demand generation strategy
