Division 10 Installer – Tampa Bay Area
Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
Location: Based in Plant City, FL. Job sites throughout the Orlando, Tampa, and Sarasota areas, with occasional out-of-town projects across Florida (Key West, Pensacola, etc.)
Square 10 Source is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Division 10 Installer to join our team. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and a 401(k). We're especially looking for someone with strong experience installing wall protection and toilet accessories on commercial projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing wall protection systems, including corner guards, crash rails, handrails, bumper guards, and wall panels
- Installing toilet accessories such as grab bars, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, mirrors, baby changing stations, and sanitary napkin disposals
- Reading blueprints, shop drawings, and submittals to locate and lay out installs
- Mounting products level, plumb, and to ADA requirements
- Working with a variety of wall types (drywall, block, tile) and using the correct anchors and blocking
- Keeping job sites clean and organized and communicating progress with the project lead
- Helping with other Division 10 scopes as needed (toilet partitions, lockers, fire extinguisher cabinets, signage, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience installing wall protection and/or toilet accessories (commercial experience preferred)
- Able to read and understand construction blueprints, shop drawings, and submittals
- Familiarity with ADA mounting heights and clearances
- Ability to use power tools, lasers, and levels accurately
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, finished work
- Able to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with supervisors and contractors and follow plans and safety instructions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Available for weekend work when needed
- Willing to travel statewide for occasional out-of-town jobs
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
- OSHA 10 a plus
