About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance product features.
Perform comprehensive exploratory data analysis, identify trends, and generate insightful visualizations for stakeholders.
Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Clean, transform, and validate large, diverse datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
Research and implement new statistical and machine learning techniques to continuously improve existing models and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist applying machine learning algorithms.
Proficiency in Python or R and relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
