Team: Product Development – On Market Support (OMS)
Overview
This is an onsite position for a motivated, hands-on Senior Systems Engineer operating within the Product Development organization, specifically supporting the On Market Support (OMS) area.
The successful candidate must possess direct experience with electro-mechanical devices and demonstrate a strong systems engineering mindset.
Ideal Skills & Expertise
- Strong foundation in engineering principles with demonstrated technical leadership and independent thinking
- Expertise in developing and executing verification and validation (V&V) strategies
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, risk management, and methodologies such as FMEA
- Deep expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
- Proven ability to identify, document, and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile methodology
- INCOSE certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to define new components, products, or processes
- Analyze data, evaluate results, and drive product/process improvements
- Generate design concepts, participate in reviews, and execute experiments (DOE)
- Plan and lead projects, identify technical risks, and develop innovative solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and mentor others
- Present project outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) 8 years of experience
- OR
- Master’s degree in Engineering 4 years of experience
