Safety Program Coordinator

Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for safety trainings development and delivery for a 24/7 manufacturing site. Lead investigations after an incident has occurred including near misses, safety incident, or property damage. Foster a positive safety culture through communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement. Maintaining accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and other relevant data. Regularly inspecting the facility, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Ensure all equipment SQA uses follows OSHA standards and policies. Communicate to appropriate personnel when not in complianceRequired QualificationsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to work effectively within a quality management system. Must be able to read and write in English • US citizen with valid US Passport Understanding of OSHA regulations, industry-specific safety practices, and other relevant standards. Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs. Skills in conducting thorough investigations and identifying root causes of incidents Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards. Preferred QualificationsAerospace industry experienceSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
