\n- Responsible for daily operations of a 24/7 operations plant including safety, quality, and management of a team of over 100.
- Review current headcount and skillset and align with customer guidance including request for training, recruiting, and sharing resources with other programs
- Analyze reports and assign corrective actions for work quality, employee attendance, and requests needed from clients
- Support daily human resource related activities including timecard approval, employee interviews, employee promotions, employee investigations, employee disciplinary action, and other tasks as needed
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure technical training is given for new hires, promotions, and daily review.
- Main point of contact for client meetings
- Ensure transparency of site success with SQA leadership via meetings, KPIs, and clear communication
- Responsible for ensuring site policies are clear, training is given, and applied consistently between onsite SQA management
- Support Program Coordinators to track employee equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret basics of an engineering drawing.
- Strong organizational and computer skills including Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- ITAR Compliant
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, crawl in small spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Aerospace industry experience
- 5 years in a leadership position
