· Generate and analyze pricing, margin, and item performance reports using Excel (pivot tables required).
· Communicate pricing updates and vendor changes to operations and accounting, ensuring margin protection.
· Troubleshoot store pricing issues (items not ringing, incorrect pricing, missing SKUs) and resolve them promptly to avoid sales disruption.
· Support store teams with new product setups, retail adjustments, and promotional execution; conduct regular on-site visits.
· Use and maintain PDI; participate in training as needed and support cross-training with the Northeast Pricebook team.
· Provide backup coverage for other regions, assist with process documentation, and delegate routine tasks as appropriate.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 3 years of experience in Pricebook management, retail item maintenance, or SKU-heavy environments.
· Strong knowledge of PDI or similar retail ERP/POS systems.
· Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, imports, exports, and large dataset manipulation.
· Understanding of AP workflows, vendor invoices, cost files, rebates, and margin formulas.
· Ability to analyze product mix, margin impact, and cost changes.
· Excellent communication skills for working with store teams, vendors, accounting, and operations leadership.
· Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and remain solution-oriented in a fast-paced retail environment.
· Based in or near Wilmington, NC strongly preferred.
