Duties

• Welcome guests arriving during the night with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional guest services and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly
• Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and ensuring the hotel’s security protocols are followed
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, processing reservations, and managing guest relations to enhance overall guest experience
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with a proactive attitude towards guest relations and security
• Familiarity with resort environments or large hotels is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record-keeping
