- Travel to homes and businesses to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance.
- Offer system improvements as required by the company.
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and interact with customers courteously.
- Offer maintenance contracts to new and existing customers.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Completion of HVAC training and EPA certification for refrigerants.
- Proficiency with residential and commercial systems, VRF, boilers, and other common HVAC equipment in residential and light commercial applications.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving
- Excellent customer service abilities and soft skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
