As our residential division grows, we're seeking a dependable and skilled Lead Residential Installer who can manage installations from start to finish and deliver an exceptional experience to our homeowners.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installation jobs, guide junior team members, and serve as the face of Spurk HVAC in our customers' homes. This role is for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in doing things right the first time, and can confidently handle a variety of residential systems.

You'll work closely with project managers and customers to ensure systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment
• Manage job site preparation, layout, and clean-up
• Mentor and supervise apprentice or junior installers on-site
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on the fly
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Complete system start-ups and customer walkthroughs
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installing and setting up gas furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and ductwork
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and rooftops as needed
