Pay: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience full benefits
Spurk HVAC has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving residential and light commercial customers across Western Pennsylvania. With over 20 years in the industry, we've built a strong reputation for quality work, reliability, and taking care of our people. This is a great opportunity for a technician who takes pride in diagnosing issues, delivering great customer service, and working independently while still being part of a supportive team.
In this role, you'll be dispatched from home to service calls, handling diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a variety of systems. You'll also have the opportunity to recommend system improvements and build long-term customer relationships through maintenance agreements and trusted service.

What We're Looking For
You have at least 2 years of HVAC service experience and are confident working on residential and light commercial systems, including equipment like split systems, boilers, and VRF. You're comfortable troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and working independently in the field. You bring strong customer service skills, good time management, and take pride in your work. EPA certification is required, and experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving history are also required.
