Position Overview
A senior-level analyst/ logistician staff professional who possesses detailed and advanced knowledge within the assigned domain area. This position The Senior Level Analyst/Logistician/ Programmer/Specialist/ is responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions and ultimate performance of the specified tasks. This requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration. Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform advanced and task level analytical functions in support of the program.
· Apply detailed domain knowledge to analyze data, processes, systems, or operational requirements.
· Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and guidance.
· Identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior staff as appropriate.
· Support development of reports, analyses, briefings, and task-level deliverables.
· Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, as assigned.
· Assist senior staff in coordinating task-level activities and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Includes: Supply Support and Logistics Analysis; Package, Handling, Storage and Transportation (Conus and Oconus); Maintenance Planning and Management for AH‑64 systems; Training and Training Devices; Design Interface and RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability); Technical Data and Publications; Product Support; and Reporting.
· Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support mission objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.

Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
· Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 7 years of relevant experience. May substitute a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 11 years of relevant experience.
