Position Overview
A senior-level staff professional who possesses detailed and advanced knowledge within the assigned domain area. This position performs task-level analytical functions with minimal direction, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines. The Sr. Analyst also provides mentoring of less-experienced analysts. Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform advanced analytical tasks in support of program and task order requirements.
· Apply detailed domain knowledge to analyze data, processes, systems, or operational requirements.
· Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and guidance.
· Identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior staff as appropriate.
· Support development of reports, analyses, briefings, and task-level deliverables.
· Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level analysts, as assigned.
· Assist senior staff in coordinating task-level activities and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
· Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support mission objectives.

- Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.

Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
· High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 14 years of relevant experience
· Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with 10 years of relevant experience
· Master’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience
· PhD with 7 years of relevant experience
