About the Role
The Office Manager is the onsite leader responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery, employee engagement, and strong client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for both SPS and the client, leading people, processes, and operational workflows each day. This includes staffing oversight across all service areas, troubleshooting issues, supporting onboarding and training, ensuring compliance with SPS standards, and maintaining a polished, professional environment.
This is a fully onsite position—Monday through Friday, with two weekend days per month (exchange for weekdays). It requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable being present, visible, and deeply involved in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, ensuring all service areas run smoothly and meet client expectations
- Manage, coach, and support employees across multiple shifts and functions
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee weekly payroll processes, timecard accuracy, and schedule alignment
- Maintain staffing coverage across all shifts and service lines
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and operational challenges
- Track KPIs/SLAs, contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews, and ensure contractual commitments are met
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and high-quality workplace environment
- Manage equipment, supplies, vendor relationships, and special projects
- Foster a strong culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in Office Management, Retail Operations, Facilities, or a similar leadership role
- Experience managing teams, scheduling across shifts, coaching performance, and handling employee relations matters.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner at all levels and corporate teams
- Advanced organizational skills and strong computer proficiency
- A customer-service mindset with a record of ownership, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to thrive in an onsite, people-centered, fast-moving environment
