Operations & Middle Office Intern, New York* Our Operations and Middle Office teams are responsible for all aspects of trade processing and position maintenance, including trade confirmation, reconciliation with prime brokers, cash management, calculation of trading P&L, and marking of positions. Additionally, Operations serves as the primary contact for all prime brokerage relationships and business owners for the Firm’s books and record systems. Responsibilities: Confirm and reconcile trades with Prime Brokers and counterparties across all asset classes, ensuring operational accuracy and timely settlement. Investigate and resolve trade data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency. Monitor and manage trading positions, including accurate valuation, reporting, and adjustments for corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and mergers. Track and manage cash positions at banks, ensuring timely completion of wires and supporting cash flow monitoring for trade settlements. Collaborate with trading businesses and Core Infrastructure teams to support firm-wide initiatives and improve workflows.
