Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer
Marketing at SPS Commerce is evolving — and this is your chance to be part of something big. We’ve reimagined how we work, combining functional expertise with deep customer insight. Our team is structured around key areas like Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, and we collaborate through cross-functional pods aligned to distinct customer segments.
The Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier — ensuring the CMO’s time, focus, and energy are aligned to the highest-impact work. You’ll serve as an extension of the CMO, acting as the connective tissue across the marketing organization and broader leadership team.
You are the eyes and ears of the office — stepping in with confidence, driving alignment, and moving work forward even when direction is limited. This role requires sound judgment, strong presence, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
You are also highly tech-forward — constantly looking for ways to leverage AI and modern tools to simplify workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate how the business operates.
What You’ll Do
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office which could be up to 5 days a week in the office.
What We Offer:
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary target for this role is: $75,000 - $85,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, well-being, and financial security. Benefits are country-specific and aligned with local laws and market practices.
