The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by driving retention, adoption, and expansion. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure customers realize measurable value, renew on time, and expand into additional solutions where appropriate.

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Rogers, AR office.
