Position Summary
Client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of SMB customer accounts. This role focuses on driving renewals, reducing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customers realize value quickly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SMB customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
Lead renewal conversations and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate customer and contract records, including renewal timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and uncover new use cases.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support retention and growth.
Communicate clearly and consistently with customers regarding progress, updates, and next steps.
Work closely with internal teams to align on customer goals and account strategy.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in Rogers, AR, with in-office collaboration and flexibility to work remotely.
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using data to support customer conversations and recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with CRM/customer platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
CPG industry experience is a plus.
