Sprung has achieved international recognition by providing over 12,000 building solutions covering many different applications in over 100 countries throughout the world.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to operate out of our Regional Sales Office located in Murrieta, CA. Our territory consists of Southern California, New Mexico, Arizona and Hawaii.
This opportunity will have the BDM engaged in numerous industries which could include; Mining, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Sports & Rec, Gaming, Military, Education, Aerospace/Aviation, Environmental, Agricultural, Ski, Golf, Church, Law Enforcement/Corrections, Fire Stations, Warehousing, Disaster Relief, Hospitality and Public Works.
Must possess proven sales skills, selling at an executive level, and working a sale from inception to close. Most sales opportunities require face to face meetings therefore applicants must be available to travel.
Estimated travel is 35-40%
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying prospects through active networking
- Operate basic computer systems to include Microsoft Office products
- Daily, ongoing prospecting/lead generation
- Create sales plans and execute on deliverables
- Open up new markets
- Operate standard CRM system to catalog prospecting
- Operate standard CRM system to process orders
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Face to face sales and relationship development experience
- Post-secondary education
- Experience using a CRM packages like Salesforce highly desired
- Excellent prospecting, networking, and presentation skills
- Professional phone demeanor plus excellent verbal and written communication
- Persistent and self-motivated
- Works well in a team environment
- When not traveling, you will work from our Los Angeles Regional Sales Office located in Murrieta, CA.
- $65,000 base salary plus commission, plus tiered bonuses, 401K, Medical and Dental Packages, expense reimbursement and training programs
