What You'll Do
Build and execute a strategic sales approach that drives consistent revenue growth and expands our market presence
Hunt for new business across distributors, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers — and close deals that stick
Serve as the go-to resource for your client portfolio, ensuring every account feels valued and supported
Own negotiations on pricing, terms, and timelines with a win-win mindset
Get in front of customers regularly through visits, product demos, and meaningful follow-ups
Work hand-in-hand with our purchasing, operations, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Keep a sharp eye on market trends and competitive moves — turning insights into action
Keep your pipeline organized and your CRM spotless
Fly the company flag at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Be the voice of the customer internally — sharing feedback that shapes our products and marketing direction
What You Bring
Real knowledge of food ingredients and how they perform in production environments
The ability to read a room, understand what drives a customer's business, and speak their language
