Our Front Desk staff are hospitality professionals. They have a natural interest in meeting people and ensuring everyone has memorable experiences. This position can be fast-paced at times and requires a lot of time on your feet. Confidence in computer systems is a must, previous experience with SMS is a plus. Solid customer service experience is a must, lodging experience preferred. Most important is a positive attitude and genuine interest in service.
