We're looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that truly cares about its customers.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Opportunity to answer new leads
- Earn commission on sales made during Saturday shifts
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring every client receives outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text message
- Schedule estimates, appointments, and service visits
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry
- Assist with scheduling and managing the owner's calendar
- Prepare basic documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between customers and field technicians
- Handle various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office
- An effective communicator with strong phone etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experienced in customer service or administrative work (1 year preferred)
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
Preferred Experience
Experience with CRM, scheduling, or office management software is a plus.
