Lead Teacher Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education
(Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s or qualifications that meet State of Michigan licensing requirements)
- Minimum of 1 year of preschool classroom experience
- Strong classroom and behavior management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
